PRAVEEN KUMAR

I was introduced into the world of magic at the young age of 9, when my father gifted me a simple magic trick from a local fair. I still remember the thrill of that first illusion— but little did I know that feeling of wonder that would ignite a lifelong passion for magic. 

Born and raised in the garden city of Bangalore, India and now based in south-east Michigan, I was fortunate to have incredibly supportive parents who encouraged me to pursue my passion. This support allowed me to travel across India in my teens, meeting and learning from some of the country's finest magicians.  I am glad that my formative years were sans-internet and I got to explore the craft of Magic the old-fashioned way - through books, libraries, pen pals and in-person experiences with wonderful mentors. 

Fast forward to today, armed with an MBA and extensive corporate experience, I still steal time for my art! 

I've now had the privilege of creating magical moments across a wide range of platforms—from television shows and corporate events to product launches, theater performances, media features, educational initiatives in partnership with schools, charity shows, fundraisers and of course parties! My career in magic has also taken me across continents, giving me the honor of performing for industry leaders, CEOs of Fortune 500 companies, and audiences from all walks of life.

Magic isn't just an art for me, it's about a deeper connection with people, share moments of joy and  transport them into a world where the impossible becomes possible!

I am a proud member of several esteemed magic fraternities, including the International Brotherhood of Magicians and the Magic Academy, Bangalore.
